These Terms of Service govern your use of NOXEL SEO, operated by NOXEL360. By accessing our platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using NOXEL SEO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please discontinue use of the service.

2. Service Description

NOXEL SEO provides:

• Technical SEO auditing and analysis
• AI-powered recommendations via Claude AI (Anthropic)
• Core Web Vitals monitoring
• AEO, GEO, SXO, E-E-A-T, and Trust Score analysis
• SEO regression alerts via email
• Embeddable verification badges

3. Free Tier and Paid Plans

NOXEL SEO offers a free tier (Bronze) with limited scans per day, and paid tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) with expanded capabilities. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts to abuse the scanning service
• Scan websites you do not own or have permission to audit
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or authentication
• Resell or redistribute scan results commercially without permission

5. Intellectual Property

NOXEL SEO, its algorithms, scoring methodology, and brand assets are owned by NOXEL360. You retain ownership of your data. We grant you a license to use NOXEL SEO for your own business purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

NOXEL SEO is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific ranking improvements. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

NOXEL360 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the previous 30 days.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
