At NOXEL SEO, operated by NOXEL360, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
- Account data: Email address and name when you sign in via Google or LinkedIn OAuth.
- Scan data: URLs you analyze using our SEO audit tool.
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, session duration (via anonymous analytics).
- Alert subscriptions: Email address if you subscribe to regression alerts.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve the NOXEL SEO audit platform.
- To send SEO regression alerts you explicitly subscribed to.
- To authenticate your account and maintain your session.
- To generate shareable SEO reports.
We never sell your data to third parties. We never use your data for advertising.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL, hosted on AWS us-east-1). Sessions are managed via HTTP-only cookies with 7-day expiration. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS 1.3).
4. Third-Party Services
- Google OAuth — for sign-in (Google Privacy Policy applies)
- LinkedIn OAuth — for sign-in (LinkedIn Privacy Policy applies)
- Anthropic Claude AI — for AI Copilot and content generation
- Resend — for transactional emails
- Vercel — for frontend hosting
- Railway — for backend hosting
5. Cookies
We use a single HTTP-only session cookie (noxel_session) for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
6. Your Rights
- Access: Request a copy of your data at any time.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Portability: Export your scan history in JSON format.
- Unsubscribe: Remove yourself from alert emails instantly.
7. Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Scan history is kept for 90 days. You can request immediate deletion at any time.
8. Children's Privacy
NOXEL SEO is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to This Policy
We will notify registered users of material changes to this policy via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
